  3. United States of America Weightlifting Level 1 & 2 Coach certifications.

  4. Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sport’s Medicine.

  5. American Red Cross First-Aid/CPR/AED certification.

  6. Experience working with both the Sport’s Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning programs at a Division 1 university.

  7. Pre-Script Level 1, 2 & 3 Coaching Certifications. Involved 1-on-1 experience with athletes prepping for the 2026 NFL combine & draft.

  8. Current partner with Drive Physiotherapy & Sports Performance in Ann Arbor coaching group sessions for high school athletes.

  9. 9 years of wide range experience working as a personal trainer — from commercial gym, elite one-on-one training facilities, in-home, to fully-virtual modalities.
