Experience working with both the Sport’s Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning programs at a Division 1 university.
Pre-Script Level 1, 2 & 3 Coaching Certifications. Involved 1-on-1 experience with athletes prepping for the 2026 NFL combine & draft.
Current partner with Drive Physiotherapy & Sports Performance in Ann Arbor coaching group sessions for high school athletes.
9 years of wide range experience working as a personal trainer — from commercial gym, elite one-on-one training facilities, in-home, to fully-virtual modalities.
